SacWellness Refund Policy

We have put a lot of work into SacWellness and we hope that you are happy with our services. However, if there is anything wrong please let us know.

If, for any reason you decide to discontinue your listing on SacWellness you may simply discontinue monthly payments. If you choose to terminate your listing before the end of your billing period, let us know and we will prorate a refund for the remaining number of days in your billing cycle. SacWellness uses 30 day billing cycles, so this amounts to a refund of 50 cents per day left in your billing cycle.

To receive a refund, please contact us at info@sacwellness.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can, but in determining your refund amount we will consider your termination effective the date you contacted us. After processing your request we will disable your listing and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You are free to return to SacWellness in the future if you choose to. Your listing(s) will be stored in your account as deactivated and you may return at any time and reactivate them via your user dashboard. If you would like for your information to be deleted from our system after discontinuing your listing(s) let us know in your email and we will delete your listings after your refund has been successfully processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
