My practice is focused on TEAM-CBT, which is a short-term, collaborative version of cognitive behavioral therapy.  Although it is a short-term method, it facilitates long-term growth. This therapy builds empathy and trust, explores motivation and road blocks to change, and provides excellent methods to use to solve problems and create change for individuals and relationships.
