What
    Where

Are you are dripping the poison of negative thoughts into yourself daily?  You probably aren’t even aware of where these came from and that they are not even your original thoughts.  Rather you just internalized something that someone important to you said or did.  Often we can walk away with a version of “I am not enough.”  If this sounds familiar, I can help you navigate your way towards stopping the ways you learned to cope that are not serving you anymore.  Everything you need is inside of you right now to be able to learn how to trust again, feel your feelings, accept you as you are now so you can love yourself and grant forgiveness to yourself and others.

    Q Do you accept insurance?

You would need to call your insurance company and ask if they will recognize me as an out of network provider. If they do, I can provide a superbill to you for you to submit to your insurance company.
I do accept a certain number of California Victim Witness Compensation clients as part of my practice.

Q Do you provide couples therapy?

At this time I am not not providing couples therapy.
