We all want to have healthy relationships with others; love, acceptance, belonging, and connection are vital to our well-being. The one relationship we can never leave is the on we have with ourselves. Using a combination of DBT skills, assertiveness training, and mindfulness; you can learn to shift negative self-talk and low self-esteem to improve that “Intra-Personal” relationship. Increasing your capacity for love of others starts with love of self. Compassion for others begins with self-compassion.

    Q Do you take insurance?

At this time, I accept Sutter EAP only. If you have "out of network" coverage (PPO plans usually have this option) I can provide a "Superbill" to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of the portion they will cover; typically this is 50%. I also provide services to Victims of Crime with the claim number provided for no out of pocket cost to the client.

Q Do you accept credit, debit, or Healthcare Spending Account cards?

Yes, credit, debit, and HSA or FSA cards will be processed by Ivy Pay.
