As humans we value safety and having connections with others and with every connection is an opportunity for personal growth.

Shavontae uses a blend of theoretical approaches that includes Psychodynamic, Attachment Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person- Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Shavontae has an eclectic style of counseling. She uses an open, integrative approach to psychotherapy that adapts to the unique needs of each specific client, and will work with you to come up with a plan that is best for you, concentrating on what you want to achieve out of therapy.

Shavontae welcomes the opportunity to come alongside you, provide you with the tools to bring greater self-awareness and personal growth, overcome life’s challenges, resolve relationship issues, and provide you with a safe place to receive healing.
