Are you having a difficult time concentrating, feeling exhausted and feeling like no one will understand you or want to listen to what you are going through? Reaching out for help can be very difficult, but it is my job to make sure you are in a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore and identify those thoughts and feelings. I would really enjoy working with you to collaborate on how to overcome obstacles that are preventing you from feeling like you again. I use several approaches in therapy because it is not a “one-size fits all.” I have 8 years of experience working with adolescents and their families, and individual adults who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, postpartum depression and anxiety, life transitions and adjustments, relationship struggles, grief, and LGBTQ identity. I hope that you can take the first step to self-love and growth and we can celebrate it together.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #93653), and am registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
