What
    Where

With strong training and experience as a counseling psychologist, I welcome adults and late-adolescents to my therapy practice. I am effective at working with people who struggle with self-esteem and self-worth, who experience depression, anxiety, or grief, and those who have difficulty with coping or with relationships. I consider early childhood experiences, relationships/communities in one’s life, and histories of major transitions or traumatic events to be important in understanding one’s healing and growth processes. I am thorough in my work and receive feedback that I create a space that allows for deep meaning-making.

Much of my passion is working with professionals on issues of confidence. I have specialized knowledge about working with survivors of trauma, particularly sexual violence (of any kind) and domestic abuse. I also have strong skills working with those who struggle with anxiety, eating disorders and substance use.

Many people are unsure of how to deal with the suffering and pain that life brings. Finding the right therapist can help with learning new, or reviving old ways of coping with adversity. As a counseling psychologist, I have specific training and skills that allow for deep and meaningful growth.
