My goal in working with you is to provide a supportive environment that will cultivate an increased awareness of your needs, self-compassion and understanding of who you are becoming.
    As a trained Nature-Based Clinical Therapist, I am passionate about using a nature inspired modality by weaving together ​mindfulness, movement, eco-psychology, eco-therapy, horticulture therapy, play, creativity, spirituality, trauma informed care, narrative therapy, family systems theory, anti-oppression and anti-racism practice, and ancestral healing.
    I work with families, individuals, those in all types of relationships, children and adolescents. I work with those who need support with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I also have experience working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, people of color, neuro-divergent folks, those living with disabilities and multi-racial families.
