What

Life can be difficult at times. You may be experiencing that very sentiment, living through a situation that you cannot easily manage or navigate on your own.

My desire and role are to provide the needed support for you to overcome your present difficulties and move forward on a productive path.

I offer an unbiased, non-judgmental, and open-minded partnership on your path to healing. I do mean partnership. I believe that we all possess various tools for improving our situations and our lives.

Unfortunately, it is not always easy to locate said tools or identify our own inner strengths/resources. Things can become quite cloudy when faced with seemingly insurmountable obstacles, particularly when beyond our control.

Together we will find workable solutions.

For the past several years, as a clinical hypnotherapist, I incorporated mindfulness-based approaches to help clients with anxiety, depression, phobias, and other trying issues. I also applied similar techniques, serving as a Refuge Recovery counselor, working with individuals suffering from substance abuse issues. As an MFT trainee, I will apply the same care, concern, and consideration to help you overcome the difficulties you currently face.
