This weekly online group is for adults who are tired of putting themselves down and pushing aside their own needs in the name of productivity, achievement, or avoiding rejection and mistakes at all costs. 

The goal of this group is to help you slow down and build more self-compassion and self-acceptance. It aims to help you give yourself permission to make mistakes, set healthier boundaries, and take action toward your goals rather than getting stuck in your mind.
