If anxiety is shrinking your world, keeping you isolated and feeling joyless, I’d like to help. I specialize in all anxiety disorders to include panic, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, hair pulling, and other disorders. Many of my clients have had much success with my blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to include mindfulness and self-compassion skills, and Exposure Therapy. I have extensive training in these modalities and work from a compassionate and nonjudgmental stance.
For clients suffering from the after effects of trauma, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), which has proven effective. It allows for the processing of raw memories that keep you stuck.
I also offer marriage and couple therapy. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couple Therapy. If you’re not communicating well, feel disconnected, or need to work through a painful issue, I’d like to help you reconnect.
My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help people live rich, full, meaningful lives.
