I have been working as a psychologist for over 7 years, and with every client I have worked with, I have felt honored to have been with them as they have allowed their vulnerability to be their strength.  I am here to work with you as you are looking to figure out a new direction in your life, explore the deeper meaning to experiences had, and move toward goals that promote overall well-being.

I am a clinical and health psychologist offering individual therapy for adults who are seeking support in the treatment of various conditions and need a place to further understand their own thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns. You may be looking for a space to feel heard, to be you, and to process life events in a non-judgmental space. When you meet with me you will find I have no agenda— I just want to meet you where you are.  

I view therapy as a collaborative experience, and our working relationship is the most important agent for change. This means that my most important consideration is that our work together feels like a good fit and you feel comfortable opening up.  I will create a safe and compassionate space to focus on meaningful change.  I respect that you are your own individual, and therefore, each treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs and goals. I am an integrative therapist using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help promote well-being. I am often told by clients that I am easy to talk to, supportive, and accepting.
