My practice focus is working with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, traumatic and relationship issues. I want to provide the encouragement and space that allow you the permission to take care of yourself. Somewhere along the message you received or believed is that by taking care others bring you happiness. By neglecting your own needs, and putting others first you have learned that you can’t find your happiness in others. You have forgotten or never had the chance to explore what makes you happy. I can help you learn ways to decrease symptoms, have a more balanced life and be happier.
