My practice focus is working with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, traumatic and relationship issues. I want to provide you with encouragement a safe space that give you the permission to take care of yourself. Somewhere along the way you received the message that sacrificing your own needs by taking care of others and putting them first is the right thing to you. This is no longer working for you. You are tired, sad, worried that you aren’t living the life you want and deserve. You have forgotten or never had the chance to explore what makes you happy. I can help you learn ways to decrease symptoms, increase coping skills, and have a more balanced life by addressing your needs and taking care of yourself.
