    Q How do I know if therapy would be helpful to me?

    Taking the step to call and schedule an appointment is a step to answering that question. I always recommend using the consultation phone call to get a feel if therapist and style of therapy is a right fit for you, and assess how the first session was helpful /supportive to you wanting to return for continued therapy.

    Q How do you provide therapy?

    My approach is helping my clients to identify what is specific reason for treatment, how do they see or experience these issues on a daily basis and what would it look like at end of therapy if these concerns were solved. I provide a collaborative yet directive therapeutic style to help with practical solutions.
