    I do Play Therapy (playroom included), Sand Tray, as well as art therapy and other modes that may be very helpful to you or your child to process and become a better, healthier self.

    Q Isn't Therapy just for 'crazy' people or people who are mentally ill?

    While therapy is helpful to people with any severe mental health challenge, most people who come to therapy are living a very healthy and productive life.
    People come to therapy because they are being proactive and trying to prevent becoming seriously ill (mentally or physically) by learning healthier ways to cope and thrive during some very challenging points in their lives.
