Services provided

Types of therapy

Individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, and group counseling

Face-to-face counseling in office (Children, Teen, and Adults)

If you prefer or if you are looking for face-to-face counseling in the same room with a counselor, having sessions in the office setting is the right option for you.

For your privacy, I am available by appointment only. There are several white noise machines outside of the office and the waiting room, so your privacy is protected.

Telehealth (online/video counseling)- Adults only

Telehealth (online/video counseling) may be the right choice for you if you are an adult who is in the State of Calfornia and if you cannot or do not want to come in to my office for whatever reason (i.e. not being able to drive, severe social anxiety, far from my office, busy schedule).

To protect your privacy, I use a secure online counseling program (bank level security) for telehealth services.

Office hours
I am typically available on weekends and weeknights. These times are in high demand, so please contact me soon for a free 15 minute consultation.

I believe that psychotherapy is an opportunity and a process allowing you to understand yourself better and help you gain new perspectives. I do not ‘fix’ challenges that clients have been experiencing; I ‘assist’ clients in healing their emotional pain. Throughout psychotherapy, we work ‘together’ to work on your challenges and symptoms. I believe that in my counseling, it is important for you to be motivated and be willing to want to change yourself.
