Brene Brown says, “If we really want to live a joyful, connected, and meaningful life, we must talk about things that get in the way.” — There are times in our lives where we feel disconnected with ourselves, others, and the world around us, and instead of living with compassion, clarity, and calmness, we are stuck feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, hopeless, and angry. It’s so hard to do that alone. I am passionate about helping you navigate this journey of self-discovery towards growth and healing.
I believe every human being already has the capacity in them to grow and heal, but sometimes we lose touch with that, we forget that we can. I’m here to provide you a nurturing space, a listening ear, and a different perspective so that you can tap into that very inner strength of yours again.
Together we can journey on returning back home to your authentic self. This means learning how to: connect wholeheartedly, feel confident, and live purposefully. I understand that therapy is a big and also scary, commitment. My role is to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere in which you feel safe to show up as you are.

Q Do you take insurance?

I am considered an "out-of-network" provider for most PPO plans, which means that our sessions will be my standard rate. Payment is due at the time of session. Many insurance companies provide out-of-network reimbursement once you've met your deductible. I provide a monthly superbill - this is an itemized receipt of your mental health services that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Q How do I know if I have a PPO plan with

I strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn what options are available to you. Here is a list of questions to ask your insurance provider to help you gain a better understanding of what it is like to work with an out-of-network provider:

1. What are my mental health benefits?
2. What is my deductible and how much of it has been met?
3. What is the reimbursement rate to work with an out-of-network provider?
4. How do I submit my superbill for reimbursement?

Q What if I can't afford your standard rate?

I reserve several sliding scale spots in my schedule at $125 and $150 for those with financial constraints. Feel free to ask me if these spots are available.
