I am here to support you and connect you with the resiliency and health that I know already exist within you. Trauma and loss can make peace elusive but with psychotherapy and emdr we can break through and understand painful patterns and find a new way of being.

I use a fusion of cutting edge treatment modalities based on up to date research on the body, mind, brain and nervous system and a deeply intuitive therapeutic connection to guide our work. In addition to my training as a psychotherapist I also am an experienced EMDR provider including knowledge of protocols for complex trauma. My trauma informed services also include training in internal family systems therapy and as a Mental Health Integrative Provider which allows me to support my clients in pursuing nutritional and complimentary modalities of healing.

Q I have used emdr in the past and did not have good results, would it be any different with a new provider?

The original EMDR protocol is a wonderful starting point. However there have been some powerful evolutions in the protocol over the past decade or so. This includes protocols specifically for complex or long term trauma, protocols to address intense emotions and resourcing protocols.
