Q Can you really get results on Telehealth?

Yes! I never thought I would practice on telehealth but when I was forced to try it I found that it is just as effective; even preferred by a lot of people! The ability to schedule around activities, child care, work, and personal obligations has make it easier for people to access therapy. The connection is just as strong and work is done is a variety of ways on this forum. All you need is a private place to talk and I suggest to give yourself a little bit of transition time back to your routine after your session.
