Life can be complicated sometimes–maybe we are having trouble adjusting to a new normal or we are getting tired of going through the same stressors over and over without any change in outcome.  We do our best to get things under control, but there are times when we need some help untangling.

Many of us understand the changes or difficult decisions we need to make to improve our well-being.  But of course it’s much easier to ignore these thoughts rather than act on them!  However, when we’re ready to make some changes, it can be really helpful to have some support along the way.  Sometimes it’s a tough call to make, but reaching out for that support can be an important first step in finding the relief we are seeking.
