I believe that we all need help sometimes and that life is a journey that can be painful to navigate. It is my honor to walk together with you on your journey. Sometimes it helps to have someone that you can share the unmentionable aspects of life with; someone that will not judge; someone to help hold the burden until you can find your way.
It is my privilege to hold a safe space for my clients as they work through their trauma, pain, grief and loss issues, and painful transitions in life. Person to person. Heart to heart. Soul to soul. If you were searching for an ally, it probably isn’t a coincidence that you found my counseling site. Please feel free to contact me.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #98861. While I enjoy working with all client populations, my specialty is in treating trauma survivors, grief and loss issues, and I have a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
I received my Master of Arts Degree from National University, Sacramento. I am also a clinical member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
When working with clients, I use a humanistic (aka strength based approach). As a companion on your journey, I will walk with you as together we discover, express, align and achieve your goals. I will offer you my compassion, experience and encouragement. Together we will bring clarity to your uncertainties, frame your new visions and goals, and engage action designs to achieve them. Together we journey into your renewed life.
