I strive to help my clients find a new perspective through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, where I draw from different theoretical models to find the best fit with each individual and unique client. In my work with clients, I incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion practices to support the self-acceptance of my clients on the path to healing.
