*For a more detailed description, please go to the website: https://www.recoveryhill.info/the-approach. You can call at any time, even if it is not at the time of the shown business hours.

By avoiding the classical approach and not staying tethered to a style, treatment can be authentic and non-shaming. When obsession and negative cycles are lifted, people gain freedom to evolve and find wellness.

The focus is 1 on 1 and family work. Here you won’t get lost in a group of peers. Instead, your wholeness will be the sole priority. Specializing with Teens, Young Adults, and Veterans. Please call or leave an email.

Q Do you work with insurances?

No. But i will, upon request, offer an invoice at the end of each month so that you can attempt to seek reimbursement from your provider.

    Q What is Brainspotting?

It is a deep trauma treatment that allows for healing at a quicker pace. Check my website for two short videos explaining the process in the "Resources" tab.

Q How long should i expect to be in treatment?

This is impossible to answer. Not being a "check the box" type of treatment, i can't tell you when you'll find overall wholeness and wellness. Research shows that those with one year of continuous treatment have the best rate of "success" with recovery.

Q How often am i required to come in for sessions?

Being an outpatient program, i will rarely see someone more than 2 sessions a week. Once stabilized, client's come in one time a week; eventually decreasing to 2 times a month, then monthly.
