Often times we become stuck in our own story, it’s part of what our brain does best. That story line may include anxiety, fear, dependency or other components that aren’t working well for us. In working with my clients over the past 8 years of providing individual and family therapy, discovering how to retell that story, build healthy coping skills and mindful awareness of when we need and want to do something different has been the most exciting and rewarding part of our work together! It is amazing how small shifts in perspective can change a life. In working together we will identify first your values and goals and then begin to discover where you’re feeling most disconnected to those. That provides the road map to discovering those spaces in which we need to swim upstream which can be uncomfortable, but provide us with the most direct path to your goals and the values that truly make up who you are!

    In my practice we provide online video or phone based counseling through a secure website. This means no trips to the office, waiting in a waiting room, or sitting in traffic! Our schedule is flexible and adaptive to your needs including how often and how long each session needs to be.
