I work with adults who are struggling with a harsh, persistent inner critic. They find it easy to show compassion for others, but struggle with self-compassion. Things like perfectionism, overthinking, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome are familiar struggles. They’re carrying a lot of anxiety and self-doubt, but now they’re ready to slow down and have a greater balance between caring for others and caring for themselves.

My work is rooted in helping people strengthen self-acceptance, and create a solid sense of self worth that isn’t dependent on productivity or being liked by others.

I believe that connecting and resonating with others is essential for maintaining a sense of inner equilibrium. This is why I LOVE leading therapy groups. Group members can truly feel like they’re not alone in their struggles, and often gain meaningful benefits that individual therapy struggles to provide. I create a safe, trauma-informed, inclusive virtual space for group members to support each other.
