Hello Beloved,

Whether you are looking to improve relationships or your functionality it will be my honor to walk alongside you as you move through the growth opportunities of life in your personal success journey.  Tools used in our work together may include

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist you in identifying and changing negative thinking patterns and pushes for positive behavioral changes.
    • Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which utilizes core mindfulness to promote distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to specifically assist you in better managing behaviors, emotions and thoughts.
    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) an intervention that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies mixed in different ways with commitment and behavior-change strategies, to increase psychological flexibility.
    • Narrative therapy which seeks to help you identify your values and the skills and knowledge you have to live these values, so you can effectively confront whatever challenges you face.

Other ways we may explore your emotions and thoughts to facilitate healing, improve self-esteem, personal growth and the development of creativity is through the use of art and sand tray.
