So many of us have had to disconnect from our body to survive in some way, whether that be from difficult experience, marginalization oppressive cultural ideals, or other forms of trauma that impact our connection with ourselves. Yet, many of us reach a point in our live where being at war with ourselves is no longer working and you want to show up more authentically and effectively in your life and relationships. Whether you are trying to recovery from an eating disorder, body image distress, anxiety, perfectionism, or trauma related struggles, we will work together to find a way to healing.
I operate from a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size, and anti-oppressive lens. In both my personal and professional life I strive to advocate for a world where all bodies are safe, cared for, and celebrated.
