It can be uncomfortable and difficult to walk into a therapist’s office and share your thoughts and feelings, especially if they are upsetting. At some point in each of our lives, we will need someone to walk with us for a while. Therapy is about me walking with you. I have always loved people and I am gifted in connecting with others, helping them see how valuable they are, no matter what they are going through.
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #4753), registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). Clinical supervision is done by Carla Stone, LMFT #51743 and John Branderhorst, LMFT #42823. I have a B.A. in Leadership from William Jessup University, a Master’s degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Brandman University. Sessions are held in a Midtown Sacramento or Rocklin location, as well as online Telehealth Therapy (video conferencing) to California residents.
