What
Where

I have been intrigued with the field of psychology and helping others since I can remember. I grew up in Southern California, the oldest of four kids. Post college and grad school, I moved away to help support my husband in his career. We moved all over the country, had children and have since landed in Northern California where we enjoy exploring the beautiful outdoors as a family.

The years between graduating and becoming a registered intern, have been filled with life’s challenges, grief, parenthood, job and living transitions, entrepreneurship and much more. I am currently in the process of accruing hours as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist via telehealth and in person in Roseville, CA.

My approach to therapy includes staying curious to what comes up each session, looking at past childhood experiences to help shed light on certain blindspots and pain and walking along side you on your journey towards growth and healing. I look forward in connecting with you!

Supervised by Gary Henderson, LMFT #7053 and Alexis Marson, LMFT #80115
