My goal is to provide you with a safe space to work through the curveballs that life throws at you. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and body image issues. I also have a lot of experience working with family systems experiencing complex, intergenerational trauma. I enjoy blending humanistic techniques with behavior therapy so you get the best of both worlds in terms of a safe, collaborative space and concrete action steps to propel you forward.
I have worked in mental health for 10 years in both a community mental health and private practice setting. I love having a diverse caseload and getting the chance to work with a variety of presenting issues. I particularly enjoy helping people work through feelings of shame and guilt that hold them back from living their best lives. My favorite thing about being a therapist is getting to meet and hear stories from so many amazing people. I see therapy as a way to practice a little bit of good magic in the world and help people find a way to move through life more intentionally. I look forward to getting to know your story!
