What a year.

You tell yourself it can’t possibly get any worse…and then it does. & no matter how much you try to “feel better,” you find yourself feeling more anxious and exhausted than ever before. Life has suddenly become so entangled with overwhelm & loneliness – you can hardly recognize yourself (or your life) anymore.

My role in therapy is to support you in working through the hardships while elevating the beauty of your aliveness. Reminding you that you already have everything you need to cultivate change in your life – while providing you with tools to create a life that feels satisfying and secure. So that you can shift from surviving to thriving, abundantly.
