    I’ve opened up a new practice in Sacramento, accepting clients evenings and weekends.  I have years of experience working in community mental health and am comfortable providing crisis intervention, while supporting individuals seeking to set and pursue goals towards increasing  the work/life balance.  We humans are such resilient creatures, trudging through an increasing mountain of responsibilities, facing adversity  while neglecting our own needs, putting off happiness until some unforeseeable future.  I say “why wait?”  We can choose to pursue pleasure, prioritize our needs while continuing to meet our obligations.  There is nothing that can’t be accomplished with a changed perspective and  a little help.  Let me support you in creating the life you deserve.
