What
Where

My journey of becoming a marriage and family therapist began when I was in the midst of change and needed support.  Through my own experience, I was able to see the benefit of speaking with someone and find that sometimes you have the answers within you.  I believe in the power of healing through introspection and seeking deeper meaning in what drives us as human beings.  I’ve spent the duration of my life embracing the possibility of growth and healing, which is something I want to give back to those I work with.
I believe in a client-centered approach where you are the main driver of your treatment.  I utilize mindfulness based techniques, as well as provide support with identifying negative behavior patterns that may be preventing you from moving towards your goals.  Taking the first step to seek out support takes much courage and my hope is that with you at the drivers seat, I can be there by your side to facilitate the change you are seeking.  Through my well versed background and experience, we can find an approach that is individualized to your needs with me providing gentle guidance and encouragement along the way.
