This quote changed my life and I’m pretty sure it could change yours, too. So many of us go through the motions of life, making it through one day after another, just to wake up and do it all over again. Are you ready to find meaning and experience more joy in your life?

Life is constantly throwing us curveballs, no matter how much we try to avoid them. If you don’t get your shit out, it’s going to come out sideways… and I don’t mean that in a good way. When we hold everything inside, we become anxious or depressed, we develop physical pain and health problems/symptoms/diseases, we drink, we use drugs, we lie, we cheat, we become physically abusive or we communicate in a passive aggressive manner, we have anger outbursts, we eat, we sit in our comfy chair and binge watch TV series on Netflix. I think you get the point.

I will help you work through the difficulties that life throws your way. I will help you understand and accept that you are both imperfect and enough. I will help you get clear on your values, what you need, what you want, and what’s important to you, so you can have the life of which you dream. I will help you find your truth, face your truth, and speak your truth. I will help you accept that it’s okay, and maybe even good, to put yourself out there and be vulnerable. 

My approach is integrative with a heavy focus on the therapeutic relationship. I’m not some fluffy, feel-good psychologist. I’m real. I’m authentic. And I’m even funny.
