Through individual, group, or family therapy I can support you with gaining the understanding and tools you need to achieve balance and healing. I have experience treating eating disorders, mood disorders, couples and family systems, as well as postpartum issues. Through the use of evidence-based modalities such as ACT, DBT, CBT, and Family-Based treatment there is hope for recovery.
