Hello and welcome. The heart of my practice is supporting and helping women, especially new mamas, soon-to-be-mamas and those who are trying to become mamas. Maybe you’re feeling guilty, overwhelmed, angry, or disappointed that motherhood is not what you had hoped or expected it would be. Or maybe your feeling anxious, lonely, and isolated. Perhaps even, you’re struggling through the grief and depression over a pregnancy loss. Postpartum depression and anxiety can have profound impacts on both the mother and her family. You are not alone. It can get better with help.
Together we’ll explore and find ways to let go of unrealistic expectations, guilt, and shame, and work through the anxiety and depression you may be experiencing. I can help you learn to set healthy boundaries and create a better balance for self-care and you time.
I also work with teen girls. Being a teen girl in today’s media saturated world is no easy feat. I’m here to help girls navigate these rough waters.
