My doctorate is in humanistic and transpersonal psychology and I am the author of a book in the field of psycho-spirituality, as well as a workbook on recovering from pregnancy loss.

    I practice and facilitate mind-body medicine uses of: *yoga, *tai chi chih, *qi gong, *core strengthening, *drumming, *dance movement therapy, and *chanting. I am certified by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) and earned the American Psychological Association (APA) Division 30 Award for Early Career Contributions to Hypnosis.
