    I use various treatment approaches at different times in a session to better fit the presenting symptoms. Approaches include: Solution-Focused Therapy, Empowerment Approach, Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, and psychotic disorders.
