My specialties include treating adolescents and adults experiencing life-impacting anxiety and other related disorders. Additionally, I work with clients struggling with strain related to caring for, or coordinating the care of, aging parents or other loved ones.

    Engaging in therapy is incredibly brave. It is also a highly individualized process that is most successful when treatment is tailored to the individual client. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy combined with a variety of other treatment modalities so as to provide treatment best suited to the individual client.
