When working with clients I aim to support people on the path of connecting more to themselves and the world around them. Through a psychodynamic, mindfulness based, client-centered approach, I work with trauma survivors, people dealing with anxiety, depression, and those motivated to make positive changes in their lives.
I have a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults. While I do enjoy working with individuals and couples of all ages, being a source of support and an advocate to youth during often turbulent years, is a role near and dear to my heart.
During sessions I offer feedback, skill-building techniques, and a variety of holistic tools for personal understanding. I am also a strong believer in the power of M.E.D.S, (mindfulness, exercise, diet, sleep) and work with clients to incorporate those practices into their lives.
