Whether you are going through a difficult time in life,  or are wanting to make some changes, or simply want to talk to someone,  I am here to support.
    During sessions I offer feedback, skill-building techniques, and incorporate a variety of wholistic tools for personal-understanding. I am a strong believer in the power of M.E.D.S, (mindfulness, exercise, diet, and sleep) and work on incorporating those components into both my clients lives as well as my own.
    When I am not seeing private clients, I am a volunteer leadership coach with the Authentic Leadership Center. We work with young people and older adults to create more purposeful meaning in their lives. I have also facilitated teen-leadership conferences and workshops on topics such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, addiction, LGBTQ topics, communication, healthy relationships, and mindfulness.
    I currently intern with Wellness Together as a School Based Mental Health Specialist counseling K-8th graders. I am truly passionate about my work and look forward to collaborating with you.
