When you come to see me, I will listen attentively and objectively ask questions in order to get a deeper understanding of what has brought you to therapy. I teach how to use various behavioral and/or thought strategies in the process of therapy, and I ask for your input in designing them so that they are personalized to you and your goals for therapy.
I’ve a heart for people struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and life transition. I believe there’s a huge potential for growth, freedom from negative thoughts, and feelings that ‘ve bogged them down within each person. Change begins no matter how small the goal accomplished, it can be a step towards a better and more satisfying life.
