    Therapy can feel scary at first. Asking for help can be so difficult! I am always in awe of those who contact me, as they have demonstrated to me that they have courage- even if that courage is in the seconds they dial, or minutes they spend writing up an email. If you are reading this, thinking seriously about therapy-- bravo. The first step is always the hardest!
