    I am a person-centered, relational therapist that provides  psychotherapy to teens and adults. I enjoy working with people who experience intense emotions, are often described as “sensitive” by friends and family, and who may have challenges in relationships. I have experience working with folks who identify as LGBTQ+ and I have training in various aspects of human sexuality.

    I have 7 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My experience has been in a variety of settings, including community-based mental health clinics, schools, and residential treatment centers. I have a Master’s of Science in Social Work and a B.S. in Human Development and Psychological Services.

    Q Do you accept insurance?

    No, but I do offer a monthly summary of services if you would like to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
    I am also a therapist on Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, and offer a limited number of sessions on a sliding-scale basis, from $30-60/session.

    Q Do you provide couples therapy?

    No, I do not provide couples therapy or marriage counseling. I am happy to work with individuals on their challenges in relationships with others, but I am not a marriage and family therapist. I would be happy to refer you to any number of wonderful MFTs in Sacramento.
