    Are you wanting more out of life? Feeling bogged down by anxiety, low mood, or life stressors? These things often get in the way of living a fulfilling life. I believe that in order to achieve fulfillment we have to strike a healthy balance in our lives. This means balancing our way of thinking from overly negative to more positive thoughts, nurturing ourselves more than we do others, making time for fun, and cultivating an attitude of gratitude for what we have.

    I work with individuals from preteens to seniors as well as couples. When working with individuals I help them learn mindfulness skills, self compassion, and create good self care routines. I also love to work with couples to help them become more connected. Often times couples are struggling
    to communicate and have become distant from one another. I help couples practice positive communication skills so that they can have more positive conversations instead of arguments. I also help couples cultivate more positivity in their relationship through appreciation, understanding, and nurturing one another.
