While therapy can be an intimidating experience I would be honored to be in your presence and share in whatever journey life may have you on at this time. I am continually inspired by those navigating life’s transitions; grief, pregnancy, parenting, separations or divorce, medical diagnoses, caring for those who are ill or dying. My approach is not a one size fits all. I utilize multiple modalities and work with the client to figure out the best fit for them. Some examples I use include: EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, coaching, mindfulness based exercises and grief counseling.
