Acacia Counseling and Wellness is a new and upcoming group practice that strives to provide support to the university’s many students. Acacia was started in response to the high need for longer term mental health services as the universities only offer short term care. We aim to be on panel with insurance plans that the university utilizes to make our services more accessible for those at the university.

We strive to create a therapeutic space that respects and promotes diversity and inclusivity. The providers that join our team have shown that they have a commitment to diversity and are ready to provide culturally sensitive services to the clientele that walks through our doors. As the clinicians provide services to the clientele, Acacia strives to maintain a work environment that is enjoyable, fun, and supportive for all of its clinicians.

Acacia recognizes that our providers enable our support of the college student population so we strive to make sure our providers are supported as well. At Acacia, providers are able to see clients without worry of the overhead that it takes to run a practice. Providers at Acacia also find support in one another when consulting and getting to know each other.

Acacia is always offering opportunities for new providers to join the team as the college student population continues to grow!
