Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique is based on information similar to acupuncture. It’s based on the idea that different physical regions of the body, or meridians, carry potential to be tapped into when it comes to processing emotions. Much like acupuncturists believe placing needles in such points can release or channel energy, emotional freedom technique works to place physical touch (NOT needles) in such regions to help the client work through various psychological issues.
