Brainspotting (or BSP) is a unique style of therapy that utilizes sound and eye focus to help process trauma. Discovered by David Grand in 2003, it is a relatively new approach. BSP is centered around the idea that where we place our gaze affects the way we feel. It utilizes this principle, as well as sound, to help process emotions and/or trauma.
