Introduction To Mindfulness For Anxiety Oct. 29th - November 19th
I’m finishing up the two – year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program class out of the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley and will be offering two meditation classes this fall. The first is an Introduction to Mindfulness Sept 24-Oct 22. The second is Introduction to Mindfulness for Anxiety Oct 29-November 19. Both will be on Thursday evenings 7 – 8:30. Cost is $200 and $150 respectively and will be held via Zoom.
Introduction to Mindfulness for Anxiety
This four-week class is for those suffering from anxiety who would like to begin a meditation practice. Meditation might seem too difficult or frightening if you experiencing racing thoughts and the physical symptoms of anxiety. This class is intended to make meditation more accessible.
WHEN: Thursdays 7:00 – 8:30 pm, October 29th – November 19th
